Why does it say my membership is suspended when I log into IMDbPro?

If you've logged into IMDbPro and it says your membership is suspended, it may have been suspended if we couldn't charge your card for the membership fee.

If your account has been suspended, you just need to provide another credit or debit card and renew your membership.

If you recently paid your membership fee, but are seeing the message that your membership is suspended, you may be logging into a separate membership. To access the paid account, you'll need to use the same email and password registered to your active membership. 

If you have any trouble accessing your active membership, please visit the Contact Us page and select IMDbPro member > Billing/Payments > Other Payment Issue (if you are logged out of your IMDbPro account, please select IMDbPro member > Other IMDbPro member issues > Other Payment Issue), then select "Email" and let us know how we can help.
