IMDbPro Add-ons Billing FAQ

We offer a 30-day free trial of IMDbPro Discover to all current IMDbPro members with an individual standard membership in good standing.

1. To get started, go to IMDbPro Discover from your desktop.
2. Click on the Start 30-day free trial button.
3. Verify your payment method details, and proceed by selecting Continue.
4. Review the pricing details and click on Add Discover to confirm the subscription.

Note: The IMDbPro Discover add-on feature requires an active IMDbPro membership for access.

Recent transactions may take up to 24 hours to appear. Once the receipt is available to view, you can go to the Receipts page within Account Settings.

At the end of the IMDbPro Discover trial or your chosen membership period, your payment method is charged for the next membership period.

Standard monthly and annual IMDbPro membership plans follow a monthly or annual billing cycle based on when your membership begun.

IMDbPro Discover add-on subscriptions follow a monthly or annual billing cycle based on your IMDbPro individual or group plan membership.

IMDbPro Discover add-on displays as two separate charges in your account. One charge for the IMDbPro base membership and an additional charge for the Discover add-on subscription. The billing cycle depends on when you started your IMDbPro Discover add-on subscription and the free period associated with each plan.

Not at this time. We are only able to offer the add-on based on the payment plan (monthly/annual) of your base IMDbPro membership.

Once the free period associated with your IMDbPro Discover add-on subscription ends, your payment method will be charged.

Please reach out to your account administrator to request IMDbPro Discover access.

Upon your membership plan switch, the plan for your add-on will be switched concurrently. For example, if you have a monthly IMDbPro membership with an add-on and you switch to an annual membership plan, your add-on will also switch to an annual plan.

1. Go to your IMDbPro Account Settings.
2. Go to the Manage your add-ons section.
3. Select the Remove add-on option in your subscription details.
4. Select Continue to remove to confirm the cancellation.

You can continue to access IMDbPro Discover until the end of the paid period. After this date, access to IMDbPro Discover will be removed.

The cancellation of your IMDbPro membership will also end membership to IMDbPro Discover add-on.
